Not all consultants are created equal. John Leach, founder and chief consultant at JM Leach Consulting, brings decades of proven leadership across the military and public sectors, including service as a municipal administrator in Alaska and as a Coast Guard officer. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Administration from Purdue University and is a past president of the Alaska Municipal Management Association.
